We take great care in ensuring that all packaging boxes, including Food Packaging, Economic Boxes, Premium Boxes, and Customized Boxes, are delivered to you in the best possible condition. However, due to the nature of bulk orders, we have a specific return and refund policy to manage product returns and refund requests.
Please read the following terms carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Policy
1.1 Bulk Orders and Customization
As we primarily deal with bulk orders and customized packaging solutions, returns are generally not accepted unless the products are found to be defective or damaged upon delivery.
1.2 Non-Returnable Products
The following products are non-returnable:
- Customized Boxes: Any packaging that has been personalized based on your specifications cannot be returned once production has started.
- Bulk Orders: Orders for packaging boxes purchased in bulk quantities cannot be returned unless there is a clear defect or damage in the products.
1.3 Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive products that are damaged or defective, we offer the following options:
- Replacement: We will replace the damaged or defective products with new ones.
- Refund: If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a refund for the damaged products.
To qualify for a return or replacement:
- You must notify us of any damage or defects within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- You must provide clear photographs and details of the damaged or defective products.
2. Return Process
If you believe that your products are eligible for a return, please follow these steps:

Return Shipping: If we require the product to be returned, you will need to ship it back to us at the provided address. Please note that the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product was received in a damaged or faulty condition.

3. Refund Policy
3.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:
- If the products are received in a damaged or defective condition and a replacement is not possible.
- If your order cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability or production issues on our end.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was received in a damaged or faulty condition.

- Customized packaging orders are non-refundable once production has begun, as these are made to your exact specifications.
