3. Orders and Pricing

3.1 Bulk Orders: All sales on PackSpace are made in bulk. Minimum order quantities may apply based on the product category.
3.2 Pricing: All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of taxes, shipping, and handling unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.
3.3 Order Acceptance: After placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email from us confirming that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean your order has been accepted. We reserve the right to cancel any order if we are unable to fulfill it due to stock limitations, payment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3.4 Payment: All payments must be made in full at the time of order confirmation. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, net banking, and UPI, through secure third-party gateways. No order will be processed until the payment is received in full.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Shipping Policy: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the size of your order.
4.2 Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times will vary depending on the location and order size. While we strive to meet delivery deadlines, unforeseen factors such as delays in logistics or natural events may cause delays. We will notify you of any such delays.
4.3 Risk of Loss: Once the product has been dispatched and is in transit, the risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect the goods upon delivery and report any damages or shortages within 48 hours.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1 Return Policy: Due to the nature of our business and bulk orders, we do not accept returns unless the products received are defective or damaged.
5.2 Damaged Goods: If you receive damaged or defective products, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will either offer a replacement or a refund based on the situation. Please note that all return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product was received in a damaged or faulty condition.
5.3 Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned goods or upon confirmation of the issue.

6. Custom Orders

6.1 Customized Products: We offer customized packaging solutions based on your specific requirements. All custom orders will require a detailed design and specifications provided by you.
6.2 Approval Process: Before production, we will provide a mock-up or sample for your approval. Production will only begin once you have approved the final design.
6.3 Non-Returnable: Customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective upon delivery.

All content on this website, including images, product designs, text, and logos, is the intellectual property of PackSpace. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission from PackSpace.

8. Limitation of Liability

PackSpace is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, purchase of our products, or any delay in delivery. Our maximum liability to you in connection with any product purchased will be limited to the price of the product paid.
